It looks like April may have been our peak sales month. April saw seven sales and in May we went back to three. It's an historically tight market, meaning there is very little inventory. This is excellent news for those people wanting to sell their homes in The Bluffs. The median days on market in May was 12 and the median sales value was $1,650,000.
