Chuck and Kate Colesworthy have been a professional real estate team since 1978, specializing in The Bluffs. They are consistently award-winning agents for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, having won the TOP PRODUCER award for the first quarter of 2004 and making Presidents' Elite Club five times out of the past ten years.
Chuck started his career in real estate in 1961 and opened his first office in the Newport Beach area in 1965. He is a past President of the Newport Harbor Board of Realtors and was Chairman of the Multiple Listing Committee when the photo-listing book was brought into the board. Also, he was Director for the California Association of Realtors and Chairman of the State Political Affairs Committee. Chuck graduated from the University of Southern California in Business Administration/Industrial Management. He has been a full time professional Realtor since embarking on his real estate career and has devoted most of his life to helping clients find or sell residential properties.
Chuck is a licensed real estate broker.
Kate went into the real estate business in December of 1977, having moved to Newport Beach from Los Angeles. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Psychology. She has attended the University of California at Irvine studying Marketing Communications. Kate was a pioneer in placing comparable sales information on the computer, creating the first data bank per address and floor plan in Newport Beach. Many appraisers used her data bank as a source of information before the advent of the Multiple Listing on computer at the Board of Realtors. She creates most of the artwork for marketing, advertising, and promotion for their team, as well as, working as a full time listing and selling agent.
Kate is a Senior Sales Executive.
